What we aim to bring attention to is the importance of eating sustainably from our oceans. We thought luring people in with juicy burgers and slamming down a menu loaded with sustainable seafood options was a great way to get this done. Our chef proprietor took a two year sabatical from the culinary world working on the boston fish pier. Offloading boats, meeting local fishermen, all the while pushing the movement to eat from our oceans down the throat of boston city hall he made connections and networks that make serving our customers seafood at its absolute freshest. He is still on the boston fish pier, more mornings than not, hand selecting what we put on our plates every day. Ask us questions about everything on our menu, enjoy our pattys and eat more fish.
